New review from Zero Music Magazine + Meadow Music

It’s depressing to read reviews of your album, only to realize that the writer barely listened to it…

However, sometimes they really do listen to it more than once, and I think “Invocation Of My Demon Brothers” requires a couple of spins to sink in.

Heads-up to Zero Music Magazine

Daddys girl… No one will mess with this bad ass, I can tell you that!

I Lost My Brothers To The War

The opening song from Mosebacke… I guess the few people who came to the gig had an interesting experience. The Saigon Sickness is not your average rock band. And we´re proud of that!

Pro-gig anxiety!

Although the gig went really good… With a seated audience it gets kind of confusing to “rock out with your cock out” so to speak. We filmed the whole gig and right now I’m getting ready to watch the thing. If it sound cool I’ll post it later so stand by motherfuckers…

Gig coming up!

The Saigon Sickness will do a gig at Mosebacke, Stockholm on Sunday. Be there at 20.30… The club is called “Sunday Chunk” and is hosted by our good friend Erik! Free entrance = No excuses! You’ll also get a chance to see the above sequence in real life, and that’s something you don’t want to miss…

Sunday…

Mosebacke…

20.30…

Release deluxe!

Invocation Of My Demon Brothers is available almost everywhere now, including Spotify! The release party we held went great, lots of people, beer and good music.

Now I just want to take some time and thank the other guys in the band for doing this with me, ’cause I’ve seen so many people give up playing when things don’t go exactly like they planned. When there are no big contracts, when no one except yourself really give a fuck. I guess it’s like a friend of mine said: True artists are the ones who keep going… And we’ll keep going until the bitter end!

I also would like to thank my parents who gave their house up for a couple of weeks. And I want to apologize again for the broken furniture in the living room. It wasn’t really us who did it, just blame the Absinthe.

Last but not least I want to thank the amazing women who keep supporting us in this downward spiral… Towe, Anna, Alvina and Emma.

Peace!
